Konikovo Gospel was a name given by Jordan Ivanov to an early Modern Macedonian Sunday Gospel, printed in Greek letters in 1852. Konikovo is the home village of the presumed traslator Pavel Božigropski. Ivanov produced a facsimile of the title page of the book and transcribed a short passage from it. The primary object of this volume is a significantly older bilingual Greek and Macedonian manuscript Bibl. Patr. Alex. 268 which was the basis of Pavel's work, but remained totally unknown to scholars until 2003. The manuscript is anonymous and undated, but it must have been written at the end of the eighteenth or at the beginning of the nineteenth century.
