Pick-up point
Products ordered and paid for in the webstore can be collected free of charge from two different pickup points, selected in the Shopping Cart under Pickup from Customer Service.
The pickup points are:
- Tiedekirja Bookstore, Snellmaninkatu 13, 00170 Helsinki
- Iiris Centre Info Desk, located in Itäkeskus, Helsinki, at Marjaniementie 74, 00930 Helsinki (Bookstore's publication warehouse)
The opening hours of the pickup points vary and will be specified in the pickup notification.
The customer will receive an email or SMS once the product is ready for pickup. The parcel can be collected by presenting the pickup code or the order/invoice number and signing for the item as received.
The parcel must be collected within two weeks from the notification of its arrival. Failure to collect the parcel does not constitute a cancellation of the order. Uncollected orders will be returned to sale if the customer has not submitted a cancellation notice within the specified time.
